« Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. « Great little spot in Flat Rock with fun shopes and restaurants near by. Pool was nice, the lake was nice, and the condo was comfortable. Decor was modern even tho the building itsself you can tell is older but kept up. I felt safe the entire time and I had to reach out to the property manager 1 time because I couldnt remember the room number and she was super nice, friendly, and I was pleasantly suprised how fast she responded to me even tho it was late at night.
