« We loved staying at this property! The roost is handicap assessed if needed. Quaint cabin with a private woodsy view along with a spacious deck! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is big plus sit down seat in the shower! They provide all towels even pool towels! Not to mention the pool is was across from us! Very relaxing and quiet. The kitchen is set up for cooking, love the medium sized fridge. Lived how they have linen spray and antibacterial spray in glass bottles! I use that gone and...

« Carl was the perfect host ! He met us at the cabin , introduced himself and showed us necessary things about our stay !! He has thought of absolutely everything for a one bedroom one bath , cute as could be Cabin . We will be building in the mountains of Waynesville and he gave us great ideas ! Inside and out ….. spotless . Would stay again and stay longer !! »

« Private cabin in resort but didn’t feel like you were in a resort. We barely left the resort! Beautiful view, pool and beach access, restaurants on site resort. Full kitchen ware, towels sheets blankets were all available. Thank you for being great hosts to a lovely home. »

« My buddy and I get our families together every few years. We decided to try out Lake Lure this year. The Lake Lure Oasis in the Woods was the perfect place! We had 11 guests to include 4 adults and 7 kids from 3 to 16 years of age. Chris’ place was plenty spacious for us and very clean. Chris was very responsive. Upon arrival, we realized the microwave wasn’t working and Chris had a replacement brought to the house the same day. If you have a large family or friend group this place would be...

« Stayed for a long weekend. Property is as advertised. It was nice to have access to the private beach, swimming hole, and fishing spots. Power went out due to a storm on the first morning. The property manager and owner were responsive and helpful in working with the power company to get the problem fixed. »

« The cabins at Serenity Ridge were absolutely AMAZING! communication with property was super fast, the grounds and cabin provided so much relaxation! Walking trails were well kept, common areas easy to use and well stocked with firewood! We will be back!!! »

« I can't say enough good things about my experience at Turkey Trot - from an easy check-in with fresh cinnamon rolls waiting for me to every detail in the cabin to the beautiful views and quiet, peaceful setting, I found my visit to the cabin to be truly restorative. The owners were warm, friendly and accessible, and the cabin itself was perfect for my needs, from the charming front deck to the fire pit out back. So grateful for the opportunity to stay there! »
