Rest comfortably in three inviting bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged for a peaceful stay.



• Bedroom 1: King-size bed.

• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed.

• Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed.

• Additional sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Maximum occupancy is 7 guests, regardless of the available sleeping arrangements.

We’ve intentionally kept the bedrooms TV-free to encourage time together in the shared spaces

and provide a peaceful place to rest. You’re welcome to bring laptops or tablets for personal

streaming.



The home has two full bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub plus shower. One of

these bathrooms has a Jack-and-Jill layout, with shared access between two rooms.

• Closed November 16 through March 19.

Before enjoying the hot tub, please review the operating instructions and safety rules in the guest

manual binder in the living room, including child supervision requirements and recommended

time limits.

Deck & Backyard:

• Spacious deck with a 7-seat outdoor patio set.

• Private backyard surrounded by nature.

• Propane BBQ grill with propane tanks provided.

• Fire pit with 7 Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings together.

Stairs: This is a three-story home, and stairs are required to access the main entrance and move

between floors.



Property Access: Guests have access to the designated areas of the home and its available

outdoor amenities.

Other Things to Note:

★ HEATING & COOLING ★

Heating: Guests can adjust the heat to their preferred comfort level.

Air Conditioning: Window A/C units are installed in the bedrooms seasonally during warmer

months and removed on November 6. A/C is not available during the colder season.



★ PROPERTY CARE & MAINTENANCE ★

Garbage & Recycling: Our management team collects garbage weekly. Please refer to the posted

collection schedule and disposal instructions if you want to put out the garbage sooner. Please

place garbage in the outside bins near the garage.



Routine Maintenance: Lawn care, hot tub maintenance, and other outdoor routine property

maintenance may take place during your stay if needed. Service schedules may vary due to

weather conditions.



Pest Prevention: The home receives professional pest control treatments monthly, with additional

treatments as needed. Due to the property’s wooded Adirondack setting, occasional insects may

still find their way indoors. Please keep exterior doors closed and use screens when opening

windows.
