Our family enjoyed the 3 levels layout so we all had our own space. Location is great. We brought our own boat so the covered slip, the parking spaces, and the nearby boat ramp are very nice and convenient. Overall a great stay!

This is the second year in a row We have rented this property. So nice to have a boat ramp right next-door. We also love the big icemaker in the kitchen Lots of room to spread out.

This place was more than we expected. Very clean, fully loaded with everything we needed. From cooking to relaxing and having everything we needed to enjoy each other's company. This place was absolutely perfect.

This was the perfect place for our Lake getaway (9 guy golf trip). Everything was as pictured, the host was amazing to work with, and the property had everything we could have possibly needed. Plenty of places to hang out indoors and out, lots of parking, easy access to the strip for entertainment, and great water access. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a group stay at Lake Ozark.

Amazing property. We had 4 adults and 4 teenage kids- easily fit us all. This property looks small on front side but it opens up to so much space and rooms. They really completed every detail of this space with care and lake themed - loves it. Had everything we needed minus a few things. Things we needed but went and bought or went without -Clean dry mat for dishes, more garbage sacks, dish scrubber (that I left for next person), cleaned out kayaks(full of spiders and nests). These are very very minor- cuz this was super nice for our two families.

Our experience at this property was great! We celebrated a 60th birthday over the weekend, with 12 staying at the house, and another 20 coming for the birthday party on Saturday afternoon. Family and friends enjoyed fishing off the dock, chatting on the beautiful deck and sitting on the back lawn. The beds were comfortable, but the overhead fan in the king room on the main floor didn't work. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes, silverware, cookware, appliances, and even an extra large ice maker that kept up with our guests for the party. There was ample parking for our guests and the property was easy to find. We will definitely go back and had several party guests saying they want to come back to the house with their families!
