The living room is your main gathering spot, anchored by a 42-inch smart TV with cable - perfect for movie nights after a day on the lake. Bedroom TVs are available, though streaming services are not currently configured on those sets.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, toaster, full cookware set including saucepans, a frying pan, baking pans, and mixing bowls. Plates, glasses, mugs, and utensils are provided per guest, along with a knife block, cutting boards, and all the prep tools you need. A kids' eating and drink set is also on hand for little ones. The dishwasher makes cleanup simple, and the refrigerator features working ice and water dispensers.



Technology



The living room features a 42-inch smart TV with cable included. WiFi is provided through Spectrum. Bedroom TVs do not have streaming services configured.



Laundry



Full-size washer and dryer are available in-unit - no trips to a laundromat needed.



Outdoor



Step out to the back deck where a propane grill with a cover and full tank awaits, alongside a compact Blackstone griddle for breakfast cookouts or late-night smash burgers. A fire extinguisher is also stored on the back deck. The views from this perch make every outdoor meal feel like a special occasion.



Community Amenities



Guests have access to the outdoor community pool, located near the bottom of the parking garage and overlooking the lake. Pool hours and rules are posted on-site. The pool is not heated, so it's best enjoyed in the warmer months. Note that pool access is governed by The Falls Condominiums HOA and their posted guidelines apply.



Guest Access:

On A Point offers convenient self-check-in. Your designated parking spaces are located in the covered garage - the access road is narrow, so take it slow on your way in. From the garage, plan for approximately 60 stairs up to the main level of the unit. A backup lockbox is located off the railing across the breezeway. Your host is available to assist and happy to answer questions during your stay.

★ Approximately 60 stairs from the parking garage to the unit - not ideal for guests with limited mobility

★ Access road into the complex is narrow - drive with caution

★ No steep driveway, no gravel, no 4WD required

★ 2 cars maximum in designated spaces - second vehicle must park up top in the falls point condos parking - go straight at stop sign

★ No RV parking available

★ Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on-site
