Hôtel près de Lake Parker, Lakeland, Lakeland

« The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. « The experience was top notch from the arrival to the departure. Clean , organize and safe property conveniently located to everything possible. The staff and team members were very polite and cosice , could ask for more of a fluid seamless system they have conquered! »

« The room was dirty, shower moldy, the air conditioning was abnormally loud and was not secure in the wall. The walls to the rooms must be paper thin! I could hear everything: talking, walking, every door open and shut; and the elevator going up and down all the way down the hall! I did not sleep the entire night due to so much noise and commotion! I will never stay there again! »
