„This unit is a daylight basement conversion still in progress with some wires and ducting exposed. There is a full sized fridge with nice sized freezer. But it is not plumbed so no ice/cold water and no ice cube trays provided. There are cutlery and dishes provided but you must wash them in the bathroom sink.
