Two issues we had was when we had arrived the house was not ready yet when my sisters first arrived. Our check in instructions said had our check in was after 3 and it was 4 when my sisters arrived and the housekeeper was still their cleaning. « Excellent property and property manager. House is huge with amazing overviews of Lake Tahoe. Both Gondola and Nevada base station of Heavenly are nearby, along with South Lake Tahoe casinos. Great for families with kids or larger group of friends. Great game room, pool and 2 grand pianos - though one was not really in tune :) Place itself is well maintained, kept clean and warm. We had a small issue with one of the room locks and shades but that was resolved immediately in the morning -...
