„Overall the property was good. We just didn't have wifi so no tv or phone. The property does say no cleaning fee and I should have paid attention to that as the place was not as clean. Hand/finger prints on doors and furniture that could easily be wiped off, hair in shower walls and under the bed/couch area was so dusty and found underwear that could easily be swept, also found a broken iron and the remote batteries were not good. „Stayed here with my adult daughter overnight on a girls' trip to Waco, and it was perfect! Communication was timely and helpful, and the property was so peaceful. There were beautiful flowers all around, and the antics of the goats we watched from the back windows kept us laughing. Everything was spotless and comfortable. It's close to everything we wanted to do, especially the Homestead Heritage area. I'll definitely add this to my list of places to stay next time I'm in the area!“

„It says sleeps 4 however that is with an air mattress. There were ants in all the rooms during the entire stay and nests outside by stepping stones. The internet didn’t connect for a day if the trip. Otherwise it was fine. “

A few things need to be updated on the inside (the beds are cheap metal beds, not bed frames, so the comfort level is minimal; the shower was hard to work; the toilet got caught of the flusher and we had to fix; very little space in bathroom to get ready if you have girls). For a 1-night stay it was fine, especially for the cost.“

„This had to be one of the best stays in Waco. It was super easy to find and conveniently located to the downtown area. It was super clean and very comfortable.
