Important Things to Note:

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.
- Minimum booking age: 30 years old.
- 1 Dog may be considered based on size and breed. Only hypoallergenic and non-shedding dogs are permitted by request, approval, and a paid non-refundable pet fee.
- Long-term renters are welcome with a discount!

Water Sports, Dock & Pool Liability

Guests wishing to use their own, or rented kayaks or paddleboards must sign the required liability waiver before use. Children are not permitted on the dock without adult supervision at all times. Kayaks and paddleboards are NOT provided, but may be rented at local watersports facilities. Guests may charter a boat and be picked up directly from the dock.

Life jackets are provided (In the laundry room), and must be worn at all times while using any water sports equipment.

Guests acknowledge that use of the dock, waterfront, pool, and all related amenities involves inherent risks. Guests assume all responsibility and use these amenities entirely at their own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while near the pool, dock, waterfront, or water sports equipment.

The homeowner and property management are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of these amenities. By using these amenities, guests agree to release and hold harmless the homeowner and property management to the fullest extent permitted by law.
