« The sunrise was beautiful and breathtaking. The house is cozy and inviting. There are three bedrooms upstairs one of them has a bunk bed and a full bathroom upstairs. Bottom has one. Bedroom and a half bath with a washer dryer. The wraparound patio is great. There is a jacuzzi but we didn’t use it. The host was very friendly and was extremely helpful with any questions we had which was an extreme bonus. The view hands down was beautiful. »

« The interior was pleasant. The mattresses are soft. The exterior needs some work. A walkway to the entry would have been helpful with a rail up the cement steps for safety. The BBQ grill didn't have gas, but it was near a field of weeds and we didn't want to chance starting a fire, so we opted not to use it. There were no steps into the hot tub and no walkway to the tub which is situated on dirt with weeds and thistles surrounding it. »

One of the high light's was the arcade machine that was fun playing all the older arcade games with my daughters. The area was quiet and peaceful this time of year. « We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We'd stay there longer if the snow at the Beaver Mountain is better. Location: Garden City is a small town right next to the beautiful Bear Lake. The property is in a newly developed area of the town. It's right across Mike's Market, which is the largest grocery store in the Bear Lake area. While you can't see the lake from the property, it's just a block away and you can even walk there. Property: it's probably the cleanest property we've rented...

« Check in was good and it worked perfectly. The kitchen facilitates were very good with exception of the number of utensils. Lacking by a good number considering it’s advertised for 17 people. Didn’t put a dent into anything but definitely something to look at unless we missed something somewhere. »

« Overall this was a good place to stay. Interior matches pictures, but we wish there would have been pictures of the exterior. We had a boat with us and the houses are so close together with minimal parking, so it made it difficult for us. Didn’t love the placement of the hot tub as it provided no privacy from neighbors so we didn’t even use it. There were also some used water bottles left on the counter when we arrived, as well as crumbs and whole crackers on the floor in the living room....

« Negatives: Certain things about the property made us question whether the cabin was previously cleaned or at best not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. There were two half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet and an empty roll on the dispenser. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to...

« Let me start by saying I don’t do reviews. Until I came across this dumpster fire I booked. We were arriving late and I had just finished a medical infusion. On arrival, we had no lock code to get in. Lucky that every cabin was unlocked, we looked into “cabin 2” and it was absolutely disgusting.
