We love this very welcoming farmhouse setting. The house is immaculate and our host takes great care of us. Our reunions here (third year in a row) are enhanced by the large setting and cozy layout. We'll be back again for sure in beautiful Lancaster County.

Beautiful home and amazing location. Our second time staying and we were as pleased as the first time. Hosts make sure everything you need is there and you do truly feel like you’re home. Communication is great and easy access to check in and out. Can not wait to return ! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed in any way.

Family time.

We enjoyed our stay with family! Loved the area with sights to see and watch everyday!! Enjoyed the beautiful farms. Attended Sight& Sound for a show. Hosts communicated quickly with any questions etc. also allowed local family to visit us on Sunday afternoon.

Trip to the Area for a Family Wedding

This house was perfect for our immediate family to gather while in the area for my nephew's wedding! We booked for 15 people, our adult children and their spouses and our grandchildren (8 adults and 7 children) and while only 11 of us were able to attend, the house was plenty big and would have nicely accommodated all 15 of us with room to spare! The farmhouse is located in a perfect location, far enough out from town that it was quiet, yet close to many attractions in the area. It was beautifully decorated and was very clean! We were nicely surprised by all of the amenities available for our use, should we have needed them. The book left on the island with house rules and recommendations to local places of business was a nice addition for us, not being familiar with the area. The kids took full advantage of the large yard to be able to get outside, play together and expend some energy, while the adults enjoyed sitting out on the front and side porches to enjoy the view and one another's company. The game/toy closet was a hit with the kids too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to other large families! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Bible Babes Road Trip

This is our 2nd stay at this property and we love it. There were 7 of us this trip and it is the perfect space and location for all we want to see and do. The host is quick to respond to any questions. We will be back again!!

Couldn’t have asked for anything better

Everything about this day was absolutely wonderful. From communication with the owners, to the cleanliness and layout of the house, to having everything there that we needed. It was all perfect. The location couldn’t have been more beautiful. I have marked this down as a future place to stay, and look forward to returning when we come back to visit the Sight and Sound theater again.

What a beautiful stay!!

Stayed this past weekend with my family and had a wonderful time. The house was exceptionally well taken care of and the location perfect. Not only are you close to the local attractions, the home is in a quite area. We plan to go back this property in the future.

Bible Babes Road Trip

Six senior ladies enjoyed three nights in this wonderful farm house, surrounded by picturesque farms, beautiful horses, and the lovely sound of occasional buggies clip-clopping down the road. We each had our own comfortable bedroom and the 2 1/2 bathrooms were perfect. Having a bedroom and full bath on the first floor was definitely a plus! We loved staying together in this peaceful setting away from the busier areas yet conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go. We plan to return!!! Thank you to our hosts who were gracious and quick to respond to any need.

Beautiful countryside retreat

Family friendly open concept farmhouse. We had a group of 13 and there way plenty of room for everyone. The views are wonderful. Had the best time. It truly felt like home!

A perfect Stay

We loved this Farm house. It was super clean with lovely decorations. We were 15 in our party. There were plenty of bedding and mattresses and beds for everyone in our party. Kids enjoyed the games from the closet. All the appliances, laundry and bathrooms were fully functional. We loved the area, quiet and peaceful. We loved our visit to Amish village center. I highly recommend this place.
