« The hotel is very old-fashioned but I later realized it was built in the mid 1800s so perhaps it’s actually in a very good state. The only thing I didn’t like is that my stay was during Storm Austen, so at night the (old fashioned) window and the entire room was shaking and it was very hard to sleep. But that was, of course, more due to how bad the storm was. Other than that, the room was great. The bathroom was huge and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The kettle in the room was perhaps...

« Spacious and clean room, the staff was lovely. The breakfast is very good and the inn is in a good place to visit the area (bus station and train station in front of the inn). Parking is easy too. »

« Well appointed inn with quite a history! Enjoyed the helpful staff—Laundry done for me was a great help for a fee🇨🇦 »

« Garden and shared facilities are great. Location is great. Family room standard is very low. Uncomfortable beds for adults, no window blinds, dirty carpet and painting of wall and ceiling falling off. We will not come back to a family room. »

« Hotel well located, nice design, breakfast and food are nice, The desk people are not interested of anything, doing their job with no joy, no sympathy, it’s not lively, except for one waiter at the restaurant who served us at breakfast and lunch who was very nice and joyful Room nice but no AC…and 4th floor bit tricky to get there (not for everyone) Bathroom could be cleaned better (spotted hairs in the shower at arrival), and shower not clean the day after as well as the toilet »
