« I reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 kids, the personal was complaining that we make 2 much noise , because the front desk was just under my room. My kids didn't make a lit of noise at all. The isolation wasn't not good att all. When people walked in the hallway we heard them . Bunch of people on my floor was making a lot of noise they didn't received any complaint at all. In one room they were arguing all day they didn't received any complaints. In another they were throwing a party literally...

There was one woman working, she was cleaning rooms tending to anyone who called and needed help. While check in was not until three p m. We did arrive at one thirty and there were no rooms available.I have never experienced that in any other hotel. Regarding amenities, there was no shampoo or body wash in the containers in the shower.
