We had a wonderful stay at this farmhouse! The location is perfect—just about 10 minutes from the US-Canadian border. Our group of 13 stayed comfortably for 3 nights, with plenty of space for everyone. The spacious backyard (with an apple tree!) was a favorite spot to relax and gather as a family.Jag, the property manager, was excellent—very responsive during check-in and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for large groups looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway.

We stayed there while we were at softball nationals. The area was quiet. The house was as advertised and what we expected from an older farmhouse. There was a ton of room and the fans helped cool it down at night.

A great stay

This was the perfect place to stay for the long weekend with my family. Lots of space, a huge backyard for my kids to run around, and a relaxing sauna. Er couldn’t really figure out the TV but had brought the Nintendo switch so it worked out. I’d recommend bringing an Amazon Fire stick if movies are a priority. Also if you’re planning on spending most of your time in Vancouver it’s worth noting that this is about 40 minutes away. We loved the place and it was perfect for our family vacation.

I know that I can be fussy. The place is huge and perfect for our family group. I would suggest that windows, glass surfaces, skylights etc. be cleaned more frequently. The TV reception was intermittent. The dishwasher very loud. Acceptable but dated does describe it accurately. My husband complained about his pillow being too soft. There was no laundry soap. It was nice that extra things like spices and some food was in the cupboards. It was a lovely setting and very quiet. we had fun there.

Pictures very accurate

We stayed here for a week while competing in an event in Langley. Communication and check in was very good. The place is exactly what the pictures look like and there is a lot of space! Everything that people really care about was clean (floors, counters, bathrooms, bedrooms). A deeper clean could be done (ceiling fan in kitchen, lights over dining room table) but these things are minor. I know guests checked out the same day we checked in, and an early check in was accommodated for us, so maybe that’s why it was overlooked. The beds were on the firmer side, but we all slept well so not an issue. I would suggest that the kitchen knives be replaced, as they were not good at all. As the house is so big and likely a lot of guests would be staying at once, I would also suggest even more towels and face cloths be available, especially for longer stays. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place!

Large family house stay

This farmhouse had a huge backyard, and plenty of space for our 2 families to stay. Easy access, enough parking, quiet location and a responsive host even though we arrived late. There is nice updated flooring throughout and the beds were comfortable. The rest of the house is a bit plain and outdated although we weren't looking for fancy, so it was fine. There were 2 extra floor mattresses that we needed for the teens so make sure to ask for bedding for them when you book. We didn't know we needed to ask initially so didn't have that for our first night. The host was quick to respond though and brought some the next morning. All in all, it was a great stay.

Senior’s getaway .

This June We enjoyed a comfortable 3 day and nights in Jag’s place near White Rock. It was as said ; large with lots of comfortable seating and lounging area. We are 5 senior men who’ve been friends for 30 plus years . Beside taking time to catch up ; we like to explore the nearbye community. And the Langley / White rock area is new to us as we’ve mostly traveled by ferry or driven hundreds of miles . This time was more convenient and closer to home. Having 5 bedrooms is important . Jag was very helpfull when we had difficulty managing the big screen tv remote . He answered our phone call and arrived quickly to get the hockey game on. Even though the weather was cooler and wetter than normal ; the house warm and tidy. I would recommend this place to a family or a group .

Great place to spend time with family & kids

It’s a very nice big house that has everything you need to feel home. We enjoyed our stay along with kids were super happy as they got plenty of room to play, sit, watch Tv etc. The property is located in quite neighborhood to enjoy the peace and family time. House has high speed internet in case you need to do any work. Owner is super responsive and knows how to take care of his guests. He stocked essentials items in the kitchen considering if someone needs it. All bed and furniture are comfortable. Linen & other stuff were very clean. House has laminated floor all over so it’s clean throughout. Property is located at boarder line and just 5 minutes away from Boarder crossing. Plenty of grocery & other food stores nearby. Uber & all other services available if you need in this location. I highly recommend this property and will come back again.

A great spot for a family visit

A great stay overall. Could do with some check in instructions on things like garbage and recycling, how to operate the sauna etc. A very large house and property perfect for family gatherings. There were bars of soap and other toiletries left when we arrived, but otherwise a very clean and organized place. Thanks!

Langley get away

We enjoyed getting our family together at this spacious retreat in the country. Next time we will bring games to play outside in the huge back yard, buckets for the blackberries growing wild down the road and carrots to feed the friendly horses.

Great property for a big group!

My group of 9 friends enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. The property was large (5 bedrooms, laundry room, 2 living room spaces, huge yard). The location was a bit far from popular cities in the area so it made commuting slightly difficult (20 min to Abbotsford or 1 hour to Vancouver city). Jagmohan was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and even offered to drop off more outdoor furniture if we needed it. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Home Away from Home

We rented this home for our basketball team and their parents. It was such a beautiful and peaceful property. The hosts were so quick to respond to our emails and texts. They had the house fully stocked (housekeeping amenities, kitchen items and appliances); sheets and towels, laundry supplies and even mini shampoos/conditioners/body wash/toothpaste. We all had our own supplies but appreciated the extras as we neared them near the end of our stay. The house was clean and well maintained. It was an older home but still very nice and functional. The property was huge and the kids loved relaxing in one space together while the parents were elsewhere. We had an unseasonably warm summer and we did not have AC. They host immediately brought over three tower fans and the kids were very comfortable. I had a few days when I was on my own in the morning. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the morning and enjoy the quiet of the house and outside. We would absolutely stay here again.
