« It’s now my third time there. Staff as always is friendly and helpful. Rooms and breakfast are perfect. The location is strategic in Charlotte. Great stay. If you are a international traveler beware your Visa might not work for the 25$ security deposit (no idea why but it happen to me every time I stayed there) but don’t worry this won’t stop you to get a great night of sleep! »

« Fantastique Hotel en terms d'infrastructures, le pire des services. Pas de ménages trois nuits d'affilé et un réceptionniste qui visiblement s'en moquait. »

« Super hôtel neuf, propre. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bains était dans un très bon état. La literie est super confortable. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner était suffisant avec le choix en bagel et la possibilité de se préparer son yaourt soi-même. Nous y sommes rester 1 nuit mais j'aurais volontiers prolongé mon séjour. »
