« Lovely quiet area, 25 minute walk into Bath, all down hill, however the walk back was quite a pull. Taxi fare is £7
The accommodation was lovely, comfortable beds, and the little touches like the breakfast, milk, ice cubes & coffee machine were appreciated.
Would highly recommend. »

« Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food...

8.2 sur 10, Très bien, (1 002 avis)
« The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. »

« Hôtel charmant. Nous avons été sur-classés pour nos 3 nuits. La chambre était très spacieuse, les lits jumeaux confortables. Petit-déjeuner très bon. Piscine très agréable.
Proche du centre de Bath où l'on peut aller à pieds en 10minutes.
Seul bémol, la baignoire était mal lavée (cheveux, trace de moisissures). »
