Absolut nicht zu empfehlen…mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich in meinem ganzen Leben war. Das Apartment ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig es ist unsauber noch da zu hat gleich am ersten Tag das warme Wasser gefehlt…das wurde immerhin in einer halben Stunde geregelt. Alles in diesem Hotel kostet extra…sogar eine Fernbedienung oder ein zweiter Zimmerschlüssel kostet Geld. Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und versaut euch euren Urlaub nicht mit dieser Unterkunft, denn abgesehen davon, dass es nicht ein Funken Komfort gibt und auch null Wohlbefinden aufkommt wenn man diese Anlage betritt, wurde ich am vorletzten Tag auch noch von einer Putzfrau um 50€ erleichtert.(Da bin ich wohl kein Einzelfall, das kommt öfters vor einfach mal Googlebewertungen anschauen). Fazit: Sucht euch lieber etwas anders auf Lanzarote. Schlechter als hier ist unmöglich.

Naja Grenzwertig, Ausblick hat alles verziehen
Nach Wechsel des Zimmer wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer, Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, muss unbedingt renoviert werden, Frühstück reines Chaos, fast alle warme Gerichte kalt. Gott sei Dank kein All Inclusive gebucht.

Schönes und ruhiges Hotel
Ich habe nur Übernachtung gebucht. Ein sehr nettes Hotel, dass alles bietet, was man zum Übernachten benötigt. Ich selbst gehen tagsüber zum nahegelegenen Strand, Playa Chica und bin abends unterwegs. Es ist aber auch eine ansprechende Poolanlage vorhanden. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis kann ich als hervorragend bezeichnen. Gerne immer wieder.

Hübsches Hotel mit sehr guten Apartements+Meerblic
Wir mussten für 2 Tage in ein anderes Hotel, da Aquaris überbucht war. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Apartement sehr zufrieden. Es war modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigen könnte (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Fön, Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle). Die Betten waren nicht zu hart. Wir konnten richtig gut schlafen. Sehr schön war der Meerblick vom Balkon. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. zum Animationsprogramm können wir nichts sagen, da uns das nicht interessiert. Es war aber auch nicht störend von der Lautstärke.

+Beste Lage von Porto del Carmen, Blick auf Meer und Hafen von fast allen Appartements, tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem ruhig +Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ausgezeichnet -Die Anlage ist sanierungsbedürftig! Sanitäre Anlagen riechen zeitweise unangenehm, Deckenventilatoren ausgeleiert (tac-tac vom Nachbarn die ganze Nacht - konnte direkt gelöst werden), Einrichtung auf dem Stand der 80er Jahre -Das aufgeführte Fitnessangebot kostet €7 pro Mal -Relativ lauter Ventilator des Restaurants läuft die ganze Nacht (wurden problemlos in ein ruhigeres Appartement verlegt)

sehr nette Hotelanlage, großer (ungeheizter) Pool, zweckmäßige Zimmeraufteilung Wir haben Selbstverpflegung gemacht. Espressokocher und scharfe Messer muss man lieber selber mitbringen, aber ansonsten ok. Klappcouch für dritte Person relativ unbequem, aber ok. Waren jetzt zum 5. Mal in dieser Hotelanlage. Wenn man keine zu hohen Erwartungen hat, ist das dort sehr nett.

Aparthotel mit Meerblick bis Fuerteventura
Die Lage ist optimal für Ausgänge zu Fuß oder mit den sehr günstigen Taxis. Wer "All inclusive" gebucht hat, wird hier mit gutem Essen (im Vergleich zu Häusern gleicher Preisklasse auf Lanzarote) bedient werden. Sehr günstig erhält man Zugang zu einem WLAN-Netzt im Bereich der Rezeption. Zum größten Teil sind die Apartments allerdings noch aus den 80-er Jahren: Holztüren verwittert mit enormen Spiel, Elektrik nicht mehr Zeitgemäß, Mobiliar (Küche, Anrichten etc.) zumeist nur als "Schrott" zu bezeichnen. Es gibt aber auch bereits renovierte Apartments, wonach man fragen sollte. Das Fernsehen ist kostenpflichtig. Die freien Programme sind eine Zumutung - dabei sind zwei deutsprachige Verkaufssender, der Rest ist fremdsprachig.

Zufrieden im Großen und Ganzen
Die lage ist etwas ungeschickt für Strandurlaub... dafür ist die Lage am Hafen recht nett. Personal, Sauberkeit hat gepasst ebenso die Anlage an sich. Das Essen könnte umfangreicher sein. Zu empfehlen für AKtivurlaub...zB mit Fahrrad usw. die Appartments sind geräumig.

Having stayed a few times in lanzarote around PDC and PB this has been the worst accomodation. The shower bairly worked and was mouldy and dirty on all seals. The celing fan was old and coming of the ceiling and felt unsafe to use. Electric points were unusable. The door stuck closed and we is still using keys. The wifi "per room" is actually per device. The ladies toilets never had toilet paper, the towels were dirty. The food was the same every night and basic. A budget hotel yes but the standards wernt even to that.

Si vous recherchez les prestations d un 5* passez votre chemin. Mais vous ne trouverez pas d autres rapports qualité/prix aussi bon avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer et sa situation dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et la nourriture variée mais peu goûtée. SVP il y a du bon vin à Lanzarote : ne proposez plus votre piquette ! Pour la vue préférez les appartements 400 et plus.

The property is old and dated, upon check in we were given a room on the sixth floor to find that they dont have a lift. So you can imagine the strain of taking the bags up. Not suitable for older guests so be warned as no help was offered. When we arrived at the room it was filthy, the room was falling apart and the balcony door didnt have a lock. The curtains were full of mold and the plates and glasses were covered in dirt. We went straight down to the reception to be told nothing we can do come back tomorrow. Well that didnt go down at all so we sat in the reception giving them two options, either money back or a new room. They sent a cleaner and a handy man up to the room with the wife, i stayed down in reception. They agreed the room was unaccepatable after so initial push back. After an hour they magically found another room for us to stay in. It was basic but clean so we carried on our stay however we refused to use any of the facilities. So be warned its cheap but you can find better. . We also have pics of the original room if this review is challenged.

Cleaning lady called most days to clean. No frying pan or pot when we arrived late on Tuesday night and asked at reception. Next morning girl arrived with them. Very helpful at reception. Fuyez cet Hotel delabré
Établissement sans intérêt dans son jus à éviter absolument si vous souhaitez un minimum de confort. Fuyez si vous souhaitez bien vous reposer, bien manger, bien dormir, et vous baigner dans une piscine digne de ce nom.

Basic good value stay
Hotel is showing it's age and in need of up dating, that being said the room and grounds were spotless, the living room and bedroom had ceiling fans which helped keep rooms cool, towels changed every other day, beds very comfortable. Overall it's a budget hotel and is good value for money. We had a sixth floor room and there were a lot of steps be warned.

Hygiène déplorable. Hébergement en mauvais état. La majorité du personnel n est pas accueillant et ne fait aucun effort pour communiquer autre qu en espagnol (dommage pour un établissement accueillant des touristes), heureusement deux personnels de la restauration etait plutôt sympatique. Sejour en demi pension ( il ne vous ait pas possible d avoir de carafe d eau...)

Hébergement très vieux. Cela fait sûrement des années qu’ils n’investissent plus dans l’hôtel. Manque des carreaux dans la piscine, canard qui ce baigne dedans le soir. Manque des carreaux dans la salle de bain, traces noires de joint de baignoire pas propres. Matelas vieillissants et meubles aussi. Prises électriques qui tombent. Le ménage est fait chaque jours, les repas sont copieux et surtout variés. Mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement, que ce soit les chambres ou l’hôtel dans sa globalité.

L'hôtel en lui même est bien, très bien situé, à côté de la mer. La nourriture servie en demi-pension n'a rien d'exceptionnelle mais fais parfaitement l'affaire pour un séjour à Lanzarote. Seul bémol, l'appartement est vieillot, pas mal de trace de rouille, et des tous petits insectes se balade dedans. C'est un peu moyen mais pour un court séjour mouvementé comme le notre, cela suffit largement !

When we checked in, the person in the reception was rude. I did not like that on my first day of the holiday. The apartment was old. We paid for the wifi, but it was only for one device; nevertheless, it did not work in the bedroom, so I asked for a refund. A good place to stay but overpriced.

Nice stay, ok resort. I would avoid all inclusive.
The hotel is opposite end of town to the strip, in a good quieter location close to the harbour with local bars and restaurants nearby. Our apartment was pretty basic but clean. It was great to have a kitchen/dining area to get a cup of tea anytime. We opted for all inclusive but I wouldn't do that here again. The food was pretty awful, mostly cold and not always cooked properly. Every morning we had to microwave the pink in the middle sausages and bring the food up to temp. One evening a white meat was served with blood running into the sauce. The all inclusive drinks options were limited not because of availability but because the cocktails came out of a machine and were pretty dire, they serve Amstel beer on draft which was nice and there is an array of local spirits available. You can pay more for bottled beers and branded spirits, a friend ordered a vodka and coke which was around 7 euro. Most of the staff are lovely but there is a Rottweiler of a woman on reception who seemed unfriendly and barked at people. We also found that there were different rules for different people so for example check out is 12 noon some people had their all inc wristbands cut off others were allowed to carry on eating and drinking until their transfer came for no extra cost. The majority of guests were from Ireland, Scotland and England.

Property was dated with lots needing fixed. Had to stand on table to put celing fan and light on.the patio door was hell to open. The woodwork was rotted around door frame. The pool has lots of missing tiles. The cupboard doors were miss matched

Bufet pequeño, pero bien rico y variado, peraonal atento y agradable, instalaciones sencillo pero bien , se esta agusto , acorde al precio , las habitaciones pienso q necesitan reforma y estar mas cuidadas ...detalles desconchado techo del baño...enchufes descolocados en la sala...ventilador de aire acondicionado del dormitorio no funcionaba...limpieza regular , debajo de la cama no limpian y motas de polvo ...dos cucarachas en salon y dormitorio...se entiende q no es por falta de higiene....es pprque el apartamento estaba al ras de suelo Terraza pegada a jardin y estan en las plantas ...bichito habitual de las palmas...estancia corta de 5 dias pero comoda , quitando eso...gracias
