« The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and ideal for our family of 5. The kids loved the shower, haha. The only thing that I disliked was the fact that this hotel didn't have microwaves in the room as other hotels do. I thought that was odd but overall it was such a wonderful stay. If all Hyatt hotels are like this then we'll continue booking when we travel. »

« While old the place met all my needs. Maybe a rug or mat by the doors as the floors are hardwood and the snow from my shoes made water puddles but I didn’t want to use towels. The bed was good. Easy check in and out. They were nice enough to let me check-in before I had to go to a meeting (enough though I couldn’t get into my room) as I wouldn’t be getting back to the hotel until late. I appreciated the way they were running their business. »

« Double beds were comfortable. The sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced. It was very worn, could feel the bed springs underneath. Alex was kind and attentive. Would definitely stay again. »
