„We stayed in the penthouse suites at Tower 3. The room was lovely with a great strip view. There were a number of things broken in our 2nd room but maintenance showed up and tried to make repairs in a timely manner.“

„The place smelled like cigarette smoke when we got there. It took a few days between extra cleaning and spray to get rid of the smell. They needed a couple of kitchen items i.e. no dish drainer or pot holders. We had to sweep the outside area as the cement was full of dirt and artificial plants were knocked over. It looked like a dust storm had gone through. A breaker went when we had 2 items plugged in the bathroom. Notes about this would have been beneficial. Overall it had what we needed for ...

Did notice that Tower 1 pool was closed quite a bit but not sure why. Host was very responsive from booking through departure which was a total plus.“
