Very clean with a nice updated kitchen! Pool was wonderful!

Perfect place for our family
This was perfect for our family with our son, daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren staying in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one side of the house and me and my husband staying in the bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the other side. The host was very attentive asking how things were going and answering questions. And the 11 and 12 year olds loved playing pool with their Grandpa! It was too cold to use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood after a busy day.

Super close to the convention center
All at all pretty nice place. Neighborhood was clean. House was clean, everything worked in the house, there is some noticeable wear in some areas of the house, some of the screens are missing so not comfortable to open the windows. But all in all it was a nice stay. And super close to our destination at the convention center. Highly recommend!

Definitely enjoy the house. Everything was top-notch house was so clean you can eat off the floor very beautiful home very big spacious and love the outside of the pool. They even have a grill on the side of the house which was a cherry on top.

When we arrived to the house the blinds were broken. The initial walking in of the house you are hit with a strong stench. The pool was dirty on the first day when we arrived & the house looks older in person than in the pictures online. The sofa is not the same as the one the host has on the picture. There was also a big wet stain on the ceiling. Seeing this I immediately contacted the host and told her me and my guest were uncomfortable staying there and I was bombarded with her yelling over the phone telling me to take my issues up with the Vrbo support she then hung up in my face. Seeing there was nothing we could do and we paid a lot of money to rent this house. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning products and cleaned the whole house just to feel comfortable. I contacted Vrbo support and sent pictures as well. I would not recommend renting through this host very unprofessional and rude.

We stayed here for a quick business trip at the market center. The property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was great for having an event at the world market center, and close to any food and stores for things we needed. The property manager checked in numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive.

Girls Trip

Our family of seven had plenty of room and the house stayed comfortably cool for our entire 9-day visit in July. Especially enjoyed the pool in the late afternoons and evenings. Owner was very responsive to our need for additional spoons and kitchen towels. The house did lack a gas barbeque, but my first experience using charcoal was a success.

Firstly, Valerie is an absolute gem of a host. From the moment we made our booking, she was in constant communication to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean, organized and met our every expectation. The amenities provided were the perfect touch to make you feel at home away from home. The location of this Vrbo in Las Vegas cannot be beat. You were able to take advantage of all the city has to offer by being just a short drive away from the Strip. Yet, the peacefulness of the neighborhood made it easy for you to relax and unwind after a long day. Overall, I would highly recommend this Vrbo Las Vegas accommodation to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Amazing Vegas Getaway
My family of 6 with kids ranging in age from 6-16 had an amazing time at this property! We live in the snowy mountains of utah had a little cabin fever! This was the perfect escape! We were close to the strip but able to relax in this roomy comfortable property! The kids enjoyed playing pool and also hooked up their PlayStations and Switch to the tv. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and also enjoyed homemade food in the functional kitchen. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Birthday stay
My friends and I were all from out of town. Half from Atlanta, half from LA. I wanted a central space for.us all to hang out in between our outings. The space was clean and big enough to house 6 of us comfortably. Though it was too cold to swim, the pool was nice to sit next to. Would have been nice to have a fire, but I understand why that's not possible. My only real concern was that the back bedroom next to the pool table had no heat and required a space heater. It also has no door to the en suite bathroom which made it difficult to shower while my spouse was sleeping in. Valerie was very communicative and even arranged a maintenance person to fix the fridge while we were out. It's lovely to have that kind of interaction. Thanks, Valerie!

4 bedroom, family friendly, plenty of space for family gatherings and dinners. 3 bathrooms was a plus. There was plenty of plates and bowls for adults but a suggestion would be plastic bowls for kids and for cooking. Also, provide wash cloths as well. Having a washer and dryer was great. Overall, this was a perfect home away from home to meet with our adult kids and grandkids for a mini vacation, where we enjoyed spending time with each other playing games and swimming amidst COVID-19. Thank you so much for having us. 😊

Amazing place if you go in Vegas during summer
The place is exactly as described. This place is amazing if you travel during summer time. The only small problem is that one of the rooms is not connected to the house heating system, but it has an independent solution that is a little noisy, but I was able to sleep since I live in a big city with ventilation fans all over the place.

Everything you and your family needs.
The house was nice and a perfect fit for our family size wise. NO BUGS as previously reviewed. The house IS VERY CLEAN AND NICELY decorated!!! A few things we noticed like the 4th bedroom is an add on so there is no central heating/ac but they do provide a space heater and window unit there is also no closet in there. The kitchen is stocked with silverware and cookware. As well as the house is stocked with more than enough towels. No curtains in the kitchen or door to the back yard which is recommended. The master bedroom door hangs off the hinges due to loose screws and the hall bathroom doors hit the wall causing marks due to no stoppers.. However neither of those had ANY effect on our stay. There is only one TV with a fire stick and Netflix. The property manager was very nice, accommodating, quick to respond to us and helpful. The very very little issues were not enough to knock any stars off. I’m fair and don’t agree with reviews that nit pick because even 5 star hotels can’t offer everyone perfection because perfection is based on ones perception. Thanks for making me and my family feel welcome and at home!!

The property location, size, and a single level was exactly what we were looking for our family stay. The cricket and roaches were not welcome. Gaps and holes at the base of some walls where the wall and floor meet may contribute to bug entrance into the property. The master bedroom window had no coverings and anyone walking down the sidewalk could look into the room. We hung paper towels for privacy. The "4th bedroom" isn't a bedroom as it had no closet, and there was no bathroom door between these rooms!? The bathrooms had no towel racks to hang wet bath towels after showering or to hang a hand towel. The kitchen: The stove fan/light hood didn't seem to be functioning. Upon inspection it wasn't connected, there were electric wires hanging down, possibly live, making it a serious safety hazard. On a positive note, it was moderately clean (except for the bugs). Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Mattress covers on the beds would be good. Our family stays at HomeAway properties 2-3 times a year. This was by far the most unfinished. With these few corrections: bug eradication, holes repaired, stove hood safely connected, bathroom door, and towel racks. This property would have been worth what we paid for it. My suggestion is that the owner and/or manager actually stay at this property, with family, a few days to get a feel for the level of comfort and safety that is challenging this property. You can do better. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this property.

Spacious and centrally located
The house was great for what we used it for, a central place to travel to scenic areas. It could use some more dinnerware and curtains but everything worked well. I would rent it again.
