Our stay here was truly AMAZING! My fiancee and I booked this place for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party which was for a total of 34 adults. My biggest concern with booking this VRBO is that pictures can be an embellished version of the real experience, but the place is truly as photographed, and was extremely clean and well maintained. We played some field day style games on the sports court along with some volleyball & half court basketball. The pool & hot tub were perfect for the weather!There are lots of places to hang out/relax/do activities around the property (roof/pool/patios/inside) that it comfortably fit our whole group! Also the location is within 25mi of the airport & strip!The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating to any questions we had before & during our stay.Other:1. For groups: 3 of the bathrooms have curtains instead of doors, so sharing with others can be maybe a little weird, but everyone in our group was comfortable enough that it was not an issue.2. Playing volleyball is kind of risky since the fence is somewhat short, so it is easy to lose the ball over the fence. We lost a couple of balls we had brought, and I forgot to try to recover them from the neighboring area, so I am not sure that you can recover them if you lose them.3. The bball court is slightly longer than I expected for full court play. It was so hot we only played half court (non issue)Overall would absolutely recommend staying here and would do it again!!
