We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! The suite was exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. So much so that I’ll be mattress shopping for that exact mattress when I get home! We didn’t need to contact the hosts during our stay, but their thoughtful and consistent communication made it clear they’d be easy to reach if anything came up. The resort itself was a great bonus! I was pleasantly surprised by the super convenient indoor walkway to the MGM Grand—such an easy (and air-conditioned!) way to get around.We stuck to the main resort pools since they were so easy to access and I love a good lazy river, but the Signature pools looked lovely as well. We also arrived a few hours early and were happy to find they held our luggage and gave us a temporary key so we could enjoy the pool while we waited.We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

I am reviewing far from my stay time. Location was good being on the strip but back further with kids. Clean but would say it could use an upgrade in terms of normal wear and tear. We noticed small things like wallpaper peeling, dings on the furniture, scratches on the surfaces, missing wood paneling under the fridge. We did have a problem with the shower not draining but the fixed it fast and said it was a frequent problem.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We purchased food so that we could cook in some days. We really loved the spa in the room. This sure helps with sore muscles after walking so very much getting to and from our convention hall. This was a great getaway while also doing business and attending a convention. The room was elegant and very quiet.

The suite was exactly what we expected - spacious, comfortable, safe and clean! The owners were great and provided all info needed prior to our arrival, plus stayed in touch during our stay, which was appreciated. The pool area was awesome and there was easy indoor access there as well as to the shops/restaurants/casino. Was also nice to be able to exit directly from the Tower to get outside/walk to the strip. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, completely last minute! Joe was amazing with his communication! Everything about this location and the description was spot on! Joe explained the property to perfection, including directions and everything to be prepared for, which made everything stress free. The location of this property is great, we will be back. So close to everything, including the Monorail, and strip, so walking was a breeze. It was great to walk to the room and enter from the busy Casinos to the quiet, tranquil room. Perfect!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and chose this place based on the close location to the Strip. The property is connected to MGM and you can walk ten minutes and be on the Strip from the hotel without ever going outside via a climate-controlled walkway. We found everything to be accurate based on the listing photos and details and the unit was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the oversized bathroom had a double vanity. The view from the room to the Strip was awesome! The owners were very open with communications from the time of booking to the day of arrival which made our whole check-in and checkout process a breeze. We knew what to expect and had all our questions answered in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a location close to the strip that has everything you need with an awesome view and owners that ensure your stay is wonderful!! For our next visit, we will be looking to rebook this hidden gem!!

The rental is located on the 11th floor of Tower 1 at the Signature. The room was clean and as advertised. The building is connected to the MGM via an enclosed walkway. You can also easily get to the street to cut over to the strip without walking thru the MGM. There was never a line for the elevator and the staff was very helpful. There is a Starbucks just off the lobby.

We are very happy with our stay at this condo, it had everything needed to be comfortable! It was clean, extra towels were available, everything was functional - fridge, toaster, coffee machine, big walk-in shower and jacuzzi. It’s like staying at MGM but away from the crowds, Ubers come quick, Top Golf and Wet Republic are next door and the strip is a block away. We definitely recommend this property and will book it again!

Great find on VRBO. Perfect location, feels private vs. in the middle of a casino but all of the action is a 5 min walk down a hallway! The monorail was a huge help to see more in less time. We were able to explore as far down as The Linq. The condo itself is perfect and had everything we needed. Just a note, if you cook your meals you will need EVERYTHING other than pans and utensils. We definitely want to come back!

Very clean and comfortable. Suite is close to MGM Grand and New York New York. Walking distance to the strip. Beautiful view, especially at night. Owners were very communicative and caring. The property was perfect, connecting to all the activities of MGM Grand, but removed enough when I needed quiet time to re-charge. The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Property owner checked in and made sure I was comfortable and that they were available if I needed anything. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

We were two couples that rented separate units. We were in Tower 1 and our friends in Tower 3. Check in was great and lots of owner emails prior to check in with good information. When we got in, there were dirty cleaner rags by the tub, couch stained, quick wipe marks on counter tops and safe didn't work. Contacted owner and referred me to front desk for safe fix. Said rags would get picked up, and never happened. On the fourth day of our stay we woke to no power in the room. Tried to contact owners contact and phone doesn't work. Emailed owner and said he would look into it. We found out from hotel that hydro cut them off due to unpaid hydro. VRBO put us up in another room in same tower which was outstanding. We had to pay for hotel fee and. VRBO to reimburse but still waiting on that. Owner did credit us for the two nights that were remaining but we are still dealing with VRBO for our money back on the other suite. Owner claims someone hacked his hydro account and got it disconnected. Not our problem whatever this alleged cause was and what an inconvenience on a short stay. I found out that even with fees, renting from Signature directly would have got us a less expensive stay than this VRBO booking and it was an awesome suite. Our friends loved their suite so I guess we just hit a not so good one. My advice....shop around.

I stayed at this property when I attended a convention at a neighboring casino. The property was as advertised and very clean and comfortable. I greatly appreciated it being located in a non-casino and non-smoking building. I would definitely look to stay at this property in the future.

Easy communication with property managers. Unit was as described, with exception to a few items: 1) No hangers were in the closet. After reporting this issue to management, 6 hangers were delivered inside the room a day later. 2) No coffee was in the kitchen. After reporting this issue to management, coffee was delivered inside the room a day later. 3) In room safe wasn't functioning. Reported to management and was asked to follow up with MGM Signature engineering directly. I didn't want to take the time to coordinate this personally so I reported it to management as an issue they can resolve for future guests. Otherwise, good stay! Room is directly located off the 11th floor elevators so convenient, though a bit noisy if you're sensitive to that.

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the property. If you enjoy getting out of some of the heavy traffic and lines in Vegas then this is the spot for you. Check-in was a breeze with only a few people in line. The location is right next to the MGM so it's only a short walk if you want the casino experience. It was so convenient to grab a ride share from the lobby and didn't have to walk to the garage like most casinos. They have a Starbucks and a little store very close to the elevator so everything was very convenient. Very nice view from this unit as well. We would definitely book again.

This was an ideal place to be close to the action, but still benefit from a bit of quiet and a gambling free environment. Although attached to the MGM Grand ( by a very long walkway), there is no casino here, no fruit machines, no noisy bars. It is quiet and tranquil, but only five minutes walk from the Strip. The accommodation is totally fine and clean and quality ( but in a very American 90's style). Good features include a jacuzzi bath and a big fridge. Recommended

This was the perfect solution for our family vacation. It allowed us to access MGM Grand and all the resort featuresm. The girls loved the lazy river and pool. The parents loved that we didn't have to walk our young kids through a casino and all that Adult Life everytime we wanted to move around. It was easy and perfect. One thing we didn't realize is that this room doesn't come with any cleaning or towel service. (You can hire a maid service for a daily fee) our garbage filled up pretty quickly with a 6 day stay! That was the only disappointment. Overall extremely happy with our choice
