„Our family enjoyed our time at The Hocking Hoot! Everything was just as pictured and the home was spotless. The host responds quickly and was able to accommodate check-in arrangements for my aging mother. There were plenty of games and activities to keep our 6 and 9 year olds busy. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, two living areas, and fully stocked kitchen. I highly encourage others to book as this was the perfect place to unplug and connect with family/friends. “

„The King size bed was very comfortable and there are a lot of local restaurants nearby that are very good. This cabin is close to the road but it's still very quiet as not much traffic travels by. The fire pit and lights are very nice. “

„Appreciated how clean the house was. Owner/real estate office was upfront about the hot tub being broken and refunded some of our payment before we even arrived. Understand that the house is meant for two and is stocked for only two. Would have liked more than three forks/spoons/glasses in the cupboard to avoid constant washing. Enjoyed the fire pit. “

„My family (9 young adults) had a long weekend at The Nest. The best hikes for my non hiking family was Ash Cave and Old Man's Cave. The not so liked was Rock House. It was pretty hot that day. Best activity of the weekend was renting a pontoon on Lake Logan. Such a beautiful day. The house was perfect for my large family. It rained every night but the big front porch was perfect for playing guitar, having a cocktail and enjoying each other's company. The only downfall was that the bed ...

„Great property! Spacious inside and out. View is amazing. Got the family back to nature. Kitchen is easy to cook in. Game room is fun. Would have been nice to have cushions for chairs outside and an umbrella over the picnic table. Ate most meals outside.“
