« The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of my room was very disappointing. It appeared that the only thing done before my arrival was making the bed. The room was not properly cleaned at all. The bedding was dirty, the counters had not been wiped down, the toilet had urine on it, and even the towels in the bathroom were dirty.
