Cocoonr offers this 120 m² house with a swimming pool, which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade.

It comprises a 28 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 750 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 28 m² living room with a TV, sofas and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room with shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private and unheated) measuring 10x5m, fitted with a roller shutter and a gate. Open from April to early October.
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 750 m², facing north, east, south and west, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A tennis court, accessed via the private part of the grounds.

The house is ideally located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visit Silvacane Abbey and take part in its international piano festival in August

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles).

- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
- Parties are strictly prohibited in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the property and the neighbourhood
- During the summer season, and when weather conditions require it, the gardener and pool maintenance staff will visit from time to time to maintain the outdoor areas, ensuring the pool is in good working order and the plants are watered.
