Located in a safe and quaint area in Northwest Austin. Close to shopping, hospitals, restaurants. Hiking trails close by and Parks. About 22 minutes from North Central Austin including domain and Riata where most tech companies are. 30 minutes to downtown. 29 minutes to Lake Travis. 20 Minutes to Jonestown, 25 minutes to logo vista. Perfect for someone travelling for business, nurses or doctors or Anyone looking for a place to stay while they are visiting Austin.
Three bedrooms are upstairs. All of them have medium size walkin closets. One room with two queen beds has an attached full bath and it is located right above the stairs on the right. Then there is a game room with 65 inch smart TV and you can watch youtube with home's wifi connection. The second and third bedrooms are located on the other end of the game room with a hallway in between them and they both share a jack and jill bath with each sink private to the bedroom. Downstairs open concept floor plan is ideal for families to mingle and enjoy wall mounted 65 inch smart TV over the fireplace with comfortable power recliners. Built in oven and microwave in the kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basic cooking utensils and dinnerware. All 4 queen beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. Washer and dryer set is located downstairs on the left side of the stairways. Master bedroom is located downstairs with master bath.

For short term as well as long term stays unless otherwise agreed upon the utilities are paid by the guest. Lawn is to be maintained by the guest. You can't plant any new plants or cut anything in the lawn without talking to me first unless its a health hazard. I also have a pest control service to keep bugs out of the house so please do let these people do the service at regular intervals. Cleaning fee is charged for one time deep cleaning when you book. Once you move in cleaning is your responsibility, I can provide the number of my cleaners.
For long terms stays over 2 weeks or more the house would be stocked for about two weeks of toiletries including toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, bath gel. after the first 2 weeks the guests can restock their own supplies from HEB located about 4 miles from the house. For soaps and shampoo I do keep extra in the utility closet right outside the half bath downstairs just in case the ones in the bathroom were not filled to the top when you got the house.
Also an important thing to note is the larger size grey towels are strictly for bath and shower use and can be used on face and hands as well. Please do not throw the dark grey and other colored on the floor and don't use them for anything dirty or un-hygienic. bathmats are provided in the bathrooms. The plain white towels you can put on the floor just in case there is excess water. Also use the white towels for anything un-hygienic. Please wipe off the makeup with cotton balls provided, I usually put one pack in the left most under-sink cabinets in each bathroom.
In case you forgot toothpaste, hair brush etc. do let me know I usually keep some extra but can't guarantee it.
There are three irons and ironing boards in the house. One is in the bedroom closet on the left side of the hallway. One is in the cabinet under the sink in the laundry room and there should be a ironing board as well in the laundry room. One iron is in the master bath in the cabinets on the left side of the bathtub. A mat is provided to iron on the counter top in the master bath. Please make sure you unplug the irons after use and don't burn any counter tops etc. besides damaging the counter top It is a fire hazard. There are four hair dryers, one in each bath. Make sure you follow the general guidelines for using the hair dryers and keep away from water while plugged in.
Also the guests are not allowed to move the furniture or decorative items around or bring any furniture in the house without asking first. Moving furniture can cause marks on the paint or make holes in the wall if it falls during move. Also guests are not allowed to put nails in the walls or anything which causes small or big holes in the wall. Also guests are not allowed to paint the walls or put posters or stickers which can cause mark on the paint. Please don't use sharp objects and pens on desks, chairs or tables or any other furniture. Young children who do not how to use pen, markers etc. should not be given pen or colors as they could leave marks on walls and furniture.
Anything that disrupts the neighbors is not permitted. You have to follow the HOA rules of Sarita Valley subdivision while you are staying in the house. HOA has strict rules on making any additions to the house like if you wanted to put a basket ball court or anything in the driveway so please me mindful of it and if you really need to put outside don't do it without HOA approval. For long term stays the trash service comes wednesday early morning so please put out the trash tuesday evening. And put the trash cans back to their place out of sight after the trash is picked. I usually keep the trash cans in the garage.
To get the hot water in the the kitchen you have to bring the faucet handle to the front and for cold water it goes back. Usually I check to make sure sinks and tubs are not clogged but if you feel water is too slow do let me know and will have someone take care of.
There is two set of cookware in the kitchen. Plain stainless steel cookware is in the cabinet right below the stove if you don't like non-stick. Titanium plated non-stick cookware is usually placed in the cabinet on the left side of the sink if you are facing the sink. Silverware forks, knife spoons etc are located in the drawer on the left side of the fridge. Dishes, bowls glasses etc are usually stored in the upper cabinets on the right side of the oven. Few utensils like scissors, can opener and pizza cutter are in the drawers on the right side of oven. First Aid kit is in the Master bedroom closet. Extra paper towels, toilet paper is usually stored in the cabinet right outside the half bath down stairs near the entry. The fire place is not to be used for safety reasons, you can use the remote of the led candles which is in the upper drawer to the right side of the dishwasher. The community pool needs a card to enter and the card is in the same upper drawer on the right side of the dishwasher. Please do sign the pool liability waiver before using the pool and put the pool card and candle remote in the same drawer after use. While you are staying in the house you can use all the above mentioned items, however, items are not to be taken away.

Beautiful modern house- recommended 10/10
Taqdees house in Leaner, TX was an excellent choice. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. Super spacious with all the amenities needed for a long weekend stay. The kitchen was fully equipment and Taqdees even labeled each cabinet for us to know where everything was. The fridge is. If with a lot of space for you to bring all the food needed for many days.
The decoration in the house was very modern and gave the house a super comfortable feel.
We were 10 people and there was plenty of sleeping room for all of us.
The backyard was super well kept with furniture to relax during the afternoon.
Every room was clean with clean towels and bedding.
We spent a day at Lake Travis and it was only a 28 minute Uber ride to get there.
Taqdees was very helpful and very prompt in his response whenever I had a question.
I recommend this home 10/10.

Great temporary home for our family!
We stayed in this home for 9-weeks while our home was repaired due to water damage. The home itself has some wear and tear and was in need of additional cleaning at move-in. However, the owner was extremely accommodating and moved quickly to resolve any issues discovered. She went above and beyond to make sure our family had a temporary home and things were to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this for a large family or group needing a home for a weekend, week or longer. The owner is outstanding and the home will give you lots of space for your family to relax and enjoy.
