« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« The casino was lively, the pool water warm and inviting, the guest rooms were cleaned and the towels were to die for. »

« Kaleah (K3) was amazing! Not only was she working multiple roles, she also took the time to show us the beautiful hotel. K3's hospitality was amazing and she deserves a big raise for how well she treats visitors and attending to every need while visiting. We definitely will stay here again next year when we return for a visit. »

« The staff was nice & helpful in every way. When we checked on the entire 10th floor smelled disgusting and the toilet was non functional and dirty upon check in. Called front desk told them I will leave for a couple hours to get food and hopefully it will be fixed when we got back to determine if we would stay or not. Upon returning everything was fixed and fine. Food wasn't anything but tasteless ordered room service twice once for breakfast and once for half lunch half dinner. No seasoning and...

« The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening! »

« Motel a fuir J'ai été victime d'escroquerie et de vol de la part des propriétaires, ils nous ont saisie nos affaires pendant notre absence. (Pour information j'ai déposé plainte) Je ne parle même pas de l'état de la chambre avec des papiers datant de plus d'un an Vraiment dormer sur un banc dehors ce sera toujours mieux qu'ici »
