Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 6pm and were told they did not have a room for us yet. We left to attend an event and returned at 10pm and were able to get into our room. This morning we went to shower and there was no hot water. I reported this at check out and the staff was unapologetic.
In addition the parking was terrible, only option is valet or a parking garage, street parking is not allowed over night.
Prior to our arrival I received a text that there was no barista during our stay, not a big deal.
I received a text after check out, after not having a room for us 3 hours after check in time, and after reporting no hot water, asking to tip housekeeping.
The hotel itself and the rooms are nice.
I understand that hotels can have problem but the issue for me is the lack of response from the hotel staff for the inconveniences put on us. For the amount of money we paid for 1 nights it was not worth it.
