« My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. « I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years. The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. « This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I should’ve looked at the Google reviews and not just Expedia reviews. I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! All guess staying in the tower portion of this property must take a small service elevator that takes forever because everyone is using it as it is the only means of getting to the rooms other than taking the stairs. « The location was convenient. The parking lot has huge pot holes. Our king suite was filthy. The sheets were covered in black debris, the bathroom found multiple hairs. The vent above the toilet dripped rusty water onto the toilet seat and floor that looked like urine. The shower had no water pressure and took a long time to warm up. The pillows were terrible. Too expensive for what it was. Disappointing. »
