Absolutely faultless. The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. There was a desk and (joy!) a desklamp - so often not provided in hotels these days. I stayed for three nights and could have done so for weeks!
The staff on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Even accompanying me to the corner of the road to show me where the nearest supermarket was.
The soundproofing was excellent, and with electric blinds to shut out the light. My room faced on to the Headrow but there was virtually no traffic noise at all. The location is brilliant - ten minutes from the railway station, about the same from the bus station, in between the medical quarter, the arts area, the commercial and the main food and drink one.
I absolutely could not fault this place, and believe me I can usually find something to complain about!
