The property is surrounded by a flowering garden and natural landscape, combining the beautiful view with the modern amenities while its location offers accessibility to the capital as well as to the picturesque coastal villages of the eastern part of Lefkada.

The Villa is built in a quiet, ideal environment only 300 meters away from the seashore, where during the summer months a water sports business is operating.

The Villa is a three-minute drive to the picturesque port of Lygia, where you can find traditional seaside restaurants and cafes and ten minutes (10’) far from the city centre of Lefkada (capital of the island).
The beautiful settlement of Nikiana is only five minutes (5’) far, whereas the cosmopolitan Nidri is fifteen minutes (15’) away from the villa.
You can find a supermarket and a gas station in less than 1km distance.
The nearest airport AKTION (PVΚ) is 21 kilometers (35 minutes).
A villa of 140 m2 with three (3) bedrooms that can accommodate six persons in total, a large living room, an independent, fully equipped kitchen, two baths one of which contains a bathtub (size 180x110x58) with hydro massage.
There are also amenities such as refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, grill, filter coffee machine, kettle, household equipment, A/C in the living room and in the bedrooms, LED TV 49″ in the living room with satellite decoder for receiving FTA channels and TV 28″ in each bedroom, hairdryer, electric iron and ironing board, safe, small portable music system and free wireless internet (Wi-Fi).
A 40 sq.m private swimming pool with eight comfortable sunbeds and a beach bed (gazebo), outdoor shower, pool towels, gas barbecue and open parking area.
There is also access to a small forest section of the plot, where you can have a relaxing visit if you wish.
