It's easy to see where you'll spend most of your time here. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the terrace, cooling off in the pool during the warm afternoon sunshine or simply taking in the views across the landscape below, the outdoor space is designed to make the most of the villa's position. Sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue create an inviting space for long lunches and relaxed evenings together.

Inside, the villa offers bright open-plan living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. Air conditioning throughout helps keep things cool during the warmer months, while large patio doors connect the indoor and outdoor areas with ease.

Nydri Beach and the resort's lively waterfront are approximately a 20 to 25-minute walk or around 5 minutes by car from the villa. Whether enjoying dinner beside the harbour, joining a boat trip to the nearby islands or simply soaking up the atmosphere along the promenade, there is plenty to experience nearby. The surrounding area also offers opportunities to visit waterfalls, explore coastal viewpoints and discover some of Lefkas' best-known beaches.

For larger groups travelling together, Villa Adriani can be booked alongside neighbouring villas Irida and Morfeas, allowing friends and family to holiday close to one another whilst enjoying separate accommodation.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 14 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The patio is crazy paved which can be uneven in places. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor double bedroom door is 78cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 70cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor.
