« Very clean and surprisingly good breakfast. »

« The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want...

« The service and quality of our stay at the Holiday Inn was amazing! Very friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a beautiful lobby with mountain views created a wonderful experience for our first time in Asheville. Highly recommend! »

« The value is great here, we had a bedroom and the price could not be beat. Also, location is top tier. But if you want value, you have to give somewhere. Our room was so dirty we went out and bought some bathroom cleaner for the showers- the shower floor was brown in the hallway bathroom. Also, there were scuffs on the walls and doors and the carpet had tons of stains. The stairs and elevators are also super rusty and pieces are flaking off. The staff was dismissive at best. The front desk...

« Very friendly reception. »

« We only stayed 2 nights. However on the 2nd day no one touched our room. No new towels and nothing wiped off. I ask the desk mgr and she said they don't do that but every few days and deep clean after 6 days. Based on what I paid that is not acceptable. »

« Staff was great, parking fine, strong smell of bug spray in the room. Overall decent place. »
