« Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend. »

« I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily. »
