Designed in a modern, minimalist style, this villa is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway. With large open spaces, a private pool, en-suite bathrooms and stunning ocean views, it offers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury and relaxation with magical sunset views.



The cliff villa features a completely open-plan design with no partitions between the living, dining, and garden areas, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. This setup makes it easy to gather with loved ones, enjoy the ocean breeze, or soak up the tropical atmosphere. An entertainment lounge is equipped with 98” Smart TV, plus 55″ Smart TV in each bedroom, perfect for movie nights while the expansive garden and pool are perfect for cooling off while taking in the beautiful views.



Villa Ocean Blue can sleep up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. With its open design, Ocean Blue creates a sense of freedom and connection to the natural beauty of Sandy Bay. Whether you’re swimming in the pool, relaxing in the open living spaces, or enjoying the view from the garden, this villa offers a truly unique and refreshing experience.



The Space:

Master Bedroom: This open-space bedroom overlooks the pool, garden, and ocean. At night, it can be enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass doors. It includes a king bed and an en-suite semi-outdoor bathroom with a luxurious bathtub.

2nd & 3rd Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have king beds that can be split into twin beds, making them great for families or friends. Each room also has a desk, a semi-outdoor bathroom, and a 55” smart TV.

4th Bedroom: The largest bedroom includes a king bed (also convertible to twin beds). This is the only room with an enclosed bathroom, ideal for young family and also comes with 55” smart TV.



2 & 3 bedroom booking options are also available.



Other Things to Note:

Terms & Conditions

• Rates & Price Variations: All rates are subject to availability and may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier price increases, or tax changes. Any increase must be paid when notified.

• Deposit & Payment Timing: A 50% deposit is required at booking if the travel date is more than 60 days away, unless otherwise stated. Any remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings within 60 days require full payment at confirmation.

• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Standard Cancellation – Accommodation:

• Cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.

• Cancellations 61 days or more prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable. Any additional cancellation fees imposed by accommodation providers or suppliers will apply.

• Standard Cancellation – Boat Transfers: Boat bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to travel are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Date Changes & Itinerary Amendments: No change of accommodation dates is permitted within 90 days of arrival. Changes or cancellations after travel has commenced incur penalties, and no refund will be given for unused services.

• Credits: If a credit is approved, it is valid for 6 months from the cancellation date.

• Refund Policy: If a refund is approved by the accommodation or boat operator, it will be processed by The Lembongan Traveller less a 20% administration fee of the total payment made.

• Payment Method & Fees : We accept Australian and Indonesian bank transfer (bank fee might apply), WISE, or credit card.

Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance, valid from the date of booking, to cover cancellations, date changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
