Hotel Leonardtown

« This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive. »

« No elevator for this property. The ice from the ice machine tasted like s**t. The microwave didn’t work. »

« Nice stay, clean hotel, friendly staff, easy access to the beach and nice pool. Could use a couple more umbrellas poolside. Bed pillows not great. Very lumpy so bring your own. Preference was to stay on the second floor, not the first floor with the doors out to parking lot. Breakfast is basic bagels, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt and cereal. Kids really loved the waffles. »

« This is not a safe place. Blood covered the mattress under 7 sheets and stains over everything walls bathroom etc. Locks are not secure and inside key compartments are exposed on the outside doors of every room. Do not stay here. »

« Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. « My Family and I had a great time. The staff was excellent. Dwayne, the chef was awesome. He was very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious- breakfast and dinner. We appreciated food cooked to order... Plus we enjoyed talking with Dwayne. We always look forward to seeing him whenever we book at Hilton Gardens Solomons. »

« We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning.
