Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room (with shower). Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area overlooking the harbour
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fans, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Port Leucate, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
