„The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. „The beds were not comfortable you could feel the springs. The room with the double bed had something stuck to the sheets like they were not clean. The extra blankets and sheets were just thrown in the closet. There were no instructions on the oven to know the temperature your cooking at. They had no extra towels. Only 1 kitchen and 1 hand towel for a week stay. No papertowels and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.“

„Good and prompt communication with the owner, and we were allowed to check in earlier, which we greatly appreciated. What disappointed us somewhat was the overall cleanliness of the property. The kitchen floor and cupboards were sticky. At first glance, the bathroom appeared clean, but the extractor fan was covered in dust and there were mould spots on the ceiling. A basic kitchen starter kit, including items such as a dishcloth, would also be appreciated. This basic provision was missing ...

„We arrived at the room and found that the bedding was stained and there was hair in the bedding. The floors had not been cleaned and we refused to stay there. The listing also lists a washer and dryer...there are no washer and dryer. We asked for a refund and owner refused.“
