« Great stay! »

« We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Lewes. A short way from the town centre, we had the Garden Studio (Twin) which was beautifully clean, well kitted out and comfortable. We very much appreciated the 'isolated' nature of the studio, being a separate building in the garden rather than in the main house, and facilities for making our own breakfast (cereal, milk, orange joice, bread, butter, jams all provided plus cooking facility to make cooked breakfast ourselves if we wished)...

« No complaints, only slight negative was the bed, a little too firm for my liking. Property was very clean and beautifully kept. Easy access to public transportation. Definitely worth a visit. »

« The hotel was welcoming, warm, comfortable, clean, though a bit dated, and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. One small negative - the breakfast service, though charming, was very slow and the order that arrived was incorrect. In the event, this was not important, but the waitress might have got it right if she had written in down ! However, a most enjoyable stopover. »

« Arrivée le soir à 23 h hotel fermé, hotel vétuste, propre, le matin salle petit déjeuné fermée, on doit chercher le personnel pour y accéder. »

« Accueil très sympa de l'employé qui nous a attendu fort tard le soir de notre arrivée (23 h) et qui a été attentionné à notre égard tout au long de notre séjour - Chambre très agréable bien que petite - Remarque : un service de navette pour se rendre à Lewes serait le bienvenu car excentré (environ 6 km) - pas de problème dans l'autre sens, il y a un arrêt à 50 m de l'hôtel dangereux pour prendre le bus - il faut traverser la voie rapide - Une remarque - Le samedi et le dimanche le petit...
