« Pool was great, big and room enough to not get splashed by all the kids in there. That's where the good stuff ended. Room was out of Shampoo, didn't smell clean, it was cold and heat was on full blast, curtains didn't close all the way so it was bright all night long. « Staff was great. Fitness room very limited. Serving area for breakfast very small so was crowded but seating area was nice. Had 2 dogs in the room next to me and they barked whenever they heard a noise, not the staffs fault but what was their fault was putting them across from the elevator so lots of barking at random noises. Love dogs, but shouldn’t be allowed if they bark randomly. »

« I booked a King Sized room. I got a mini suite(?)with a double bed. We are accustomed to a king size bed. My SO went to the couch at 230. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I did not see on the website that there would be a $100 " damage deposit" at check in. Imagine my surprise when I received an alert from my credit card holder for possible fraud!
