« The pool was green and foggy we didn’t dare get into it. And I know it’s Texas but we had a GIANT red headed centipede in our bathroom on the second night that was venomous. I know we can’t control the creatures but it was very big and frightening »

« Breakfast is very limited. I just found out that they charged me 2.25 dollars the day I checked out and honestly don’t know why. They didn’t alert me about any additional charge. »

« I had a problem with my reservation on Expedia. When I arrived the booking had been moved to another date I had to pay for an extra night and I was told it would be refunded but unfortunately I still haven’t received any payment but aside from that I really loved the stay »

« The king suite was roomy but, was for a disabled person. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and there was visible mold on our ceiling. In spite of paying a little more for an “upgraded” room it was just a place to sleep. »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« No one was in the front office to check me out or answer any questions. Room was clean but the lobby had a funny smell to it. »
