« The house was nice, newer updates and a step up from the typical lake rentals in Maine. The main floor has a nice kitchen, living room, dining, master bedroom and full bath. Wish the upstairs had more than a loveseat for gathering and watching tv. The downstairs is big, has a bedroom, living area, and half bath. « The property was not clean and ready for me to go in. There was no hot water or heat and I had to find another property and move due to the cold, unsafe conditions. They promised a full refund and charged me 300.94 because they promised if I would stay they would fix things but they didn’t come through. I bought bedding to make up a clean bed to sleep in. »

« nice house just as advertised, very comfortable beds, communication with host was excellent, no surprises. House was only 6 minutes from boat ramp of Messalonskee Lake where we went ice fishing. Great year-round destination house! »
