„I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. “

„We enjoyed our stay at wonderful Bumblebee Cottage. Everything was there - very well equiped - we missed nothing. We had a very warm welcome with little gifts ;-) We loved the beautiful surrounding. Everything was perfect for our family of four and our two dogs.“

„we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds.“

„Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. “

„Family of five stayed for a birthday weekend. Beautiful homely spacious cottage, perfect for a group or family. Ensuite bathrooms ensured everyone had space & privacy. The garden is perfect for relaxing & games room brought the family together for valuable social time. It is beside a busy A road, so not exactly quiet. So not ideal for a light sleeper. The lakes were not accessible on foot so a drive into St Neots, to the park, river, pubs, shops & cafes was ideal.“

„I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
