Green Turtle · Ocean View, Hot Tub, Sleeps 10

The Green Turtle is a 2,400-square-foot, three-story beach house with the ocean out the window and the sand a 2-minute walk away. Private hot tub on the back patio, a king suite with a jacuzzi tub and remodeled shower, two queen rooms, and a top-floor bonus room with three twin beds, a sectional, foosball, and an arcade machine for the kids and cousins. Sleeps 10. Next door to the Blue Whale, so together the two homes sleep 26.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Second floor:
Bedroom 1 — King Suite with ocean views (sleeps 2), en suite bath with jacuzzi tub and remodeled walk-in shower
Bedroom 2 — Queen Room (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 — Queen Room (sleeps 2)
Shared full bath on the second floor

Third floor:
Bonus room (a living space, not a bedroom) with two twin beds and a twin daybed with trundle (sleeps 4), a sectional, foosball, an arcade machine, a TV, and ocean views. Bath with walk-in shower.

MAIN LEVEL (first floor)
Family room with gas fireplace and Roku TV, dining table and kitchen island with seating for all 10, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and a half bath. Entry bench and cubbies for beach gear. Private hot tub on the back patio, fenced for privacy.

Beach access is a 2-minute walk via the NW 20th stairs, or 4 minutes via the NW 15th ramp if you`d rather skip stairs or drive to the sand. Sunset over the Pacific is the main event, and the tidepools are a short walk down the beach.

For groups larger than 10, we also host the Blue Whale next door, which sleeps 16, for a combined 26. Both homes are part of OR Getaways, our family`s collection of Lincoln City beach houses. Ask us and we`ll help you mix and match.

For everyone`s safety, exterior security cameras cover the entrances. There are no cameras inside the home.
