Lincoln City Oasis

The home is very nice, and we all enjoyed the location. It may be bad timing, but when we arrived, we were told the hot tub didn't work. My wife was adamant that that be fixed and it was about halfway through the stay. The microwave/hood-vent wasn't working either, so every time we cooked something on the cook top it set off the smoke detector. My wife was not happy about not having a microwave, so the management company brought a portable unit. They always took our calls and tried to accomodate our concerns, but I doubt our issues were brand new.

Girls weekend

We had a lovely stay. We had 7 adults and a toddler. The house had a pack and play, high chair and many toys for the toddler to play with. House was very clean and had all the dishes and pans we needed. Staff were very responsive when I text them, and they checked in on us many times. The walk to the beach from the house was further than I expected, but was a very quick drive down the hill. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Sunset by the Sea

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Sunset by the Sea! The house was beautiful and perfect my husband and married daughters and my 5 grandchildren. The house was clean and well equipped and the property manager was prompt with any questions we had.

Fabulous beach house at Olivia Beach

We rented the beach house on a Thursday and stayed till Sunday. It was my birthday weekend and it was the best weather. The house was beautiful. Everything was just perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the memories Cheryl😊

Relaxing Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property! Home was just as advertised. Beds were very comfy, home stocked with basic essentials and the location was great - close to beach and town! Loved the porch and privacy the backyard woods provided. Quiet neighborhood. We'll be back!

Exceeded our expectations for a family vacation with our children and grandchildren

Clean house with good layout for families with young children. The bunk room was a hit for our grandkids ages 4, 4, and 8. Well-‘equipped kitchen and enormous washer/dryer. Ample bedrooms and upper deck. Single wide driveway slopes downward. Fits three cars better than four. Great choice for our family.

Cute house but cleanliness was lacking a bit

The house is nicely decorated but the cleaning was a little bit lacking, we found a used fiod container under the bathroom sink and two of the pull out couch beds had large stains that looked like someone had peed on them, making them unsuable for sleeping on. There was also food items underneath the couch beds when we pulled them out. The Switch screen was cracked when we arrived, a missing lamp switch and we had to look for one of the tv remotes. The property management company was responsive and did give us a small credit for the issues with the couch but for the price they charge we did expected a cleaner property. Location was good, close to the beach and we wnjoyed our getaway minus the couple of cleanliness issues.
