HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is someone`s home, with no front desk or daily housekeeping. Please be respectful to the property.
• SMOKE-FREE BUILDING: please smoke only in the smoking hut in the parking lot, never in the unit, on balconies or on the grounds. Strictly enforced by Lodge management.
• NO PETS – No animals of any kind are allowed in the apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving.
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• No grilling or cooking on balconies. Summer grills are in the picnic area by the outdoor pool.
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. Please keep noise down in the hallways and common areas.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 60 or turn off AC when leaving
• Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book.
