After booking we didnt receive checkin or check out instructions, i did eventually get a hold of the host who very kindly messaged me the instructions. There were quite a few things we had to purchase once getting there such as toilet paper, papertowlels, dishwasher pods, propane for the grill and fire pit, and laundry soap. (The owner did offer a partial refund to make up for it which I am waiting to see).Planning factor wise, a few of the futons were broken and unuseable, and there were no bunk beds as pictured. There also is no designated office space.The house itself wasnt exactly clean, there were things under a few beds, the couch, dust bunnies rolling around, and a massive poop stain on the kitchen rug. The house may need to be sprayed because we encountered 4 huge (maybe wolf) spiders.The fridge stopped working and spoiled all of the dairy products we had bought and almost all of the groceries we bought, the owner did send a mini fridge (very fast) to hold us over but we had to throw away what we had bought 2 days prior by that point. I do think the price of the listing was rather steep considering all things we had to purchase, and the pictures of the house werent up to date/ sleeping arrangements were difficult due to that.The beds were phenomenal!!! As well as the washer and dryer! We are grateful we were able to have all of our family in one place. The house has a lot of charm and the owner has been informed of any problems we had so he can correct them.
