The the electronic door lock didn’t work, the blinds in both bedrooms and the dining room were missing slats so they did not provide privacy, the blackout shades in one of the bedrooms would was jammed in the open position, there was no dishwashing soap, no dishwasher soap, no laundry detergent, no hand soap in the kitchen dispenser, no paper towels in the kitchen and no trash bags. When we informed our host, it took over over a full day before they delivered some of the missing items but they provided 3 dishwasher pods and still no laundry soap and told us they would not make another delivery until sometime the following afternoon so we should buy the soap ourselves. We are still waiting for the promised reimbursement but have not received it.We also wanted to check in an 30 minutes early, and the apartment was ready and the checking was self serve but they would not provide the early check in unless we paid 15 euros.
