Overall the stay was good. We were just disappointed that the pool was out of service. This was the main reason we selected this hotel. As well as the sleeper sofa mattress was so uncomfortable. They may need to be replaced. Other than that the place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

It was clean and a safe environment to just chill. I enjoyed that there were restaurants around that was open for late night meals. I didn’t like the fact though that I was charged for King sized bed and got Queen size instead. The customer service rep guy was a little unfriendly but nothing I couldn’t handle. I asked about the matter, because there wasn’t any prior communication of the size change. I also didn’t like that the room I was in was on the first floor and the first room where it felt like it wasn’t much privacy because you walk out the room and then boom you’re in the lobby. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to walk to the second floor just to get ice because the ice machine was broken on the first floor. Other than those issues, it was still a cool place to unwind.

It was a Great location right off of I-20 in the StoneCrest Mall Parking lot. There were over 30 restaurants and dozens of places to shop within walking distance. They even had a bouncy house in the parking lot that our grandkids loved. Loved It!!

I paid for a king size bed, but I was given a 2 bed room for myself and my wife. The staff on duty made me look like it was my fault because I booked through Expedia. Expedia customer service made things worse. I didn't get a some refund so i paid for more but got less

I was thoroughly pleased with the accommodations for the price. The rooms were clean bathrooms as well. I if you are focusing your stay Lithonia this is the perfect location. I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast sim of my other family did and they enjoyed it. I was able to get free coffee on the way to my 6am flight. It was better than QT.

No pool
The stay was nice. The rooms were very nice and large for my family. Our only issue is that the indoor pool has been closed since October. Our family loves swimming and was looking forward to it. So if you are anticipating swimming I would recommend calling to see if the pool is open first.

The breakfast was the best thing about the stay. The room was not comfortable. The A/C was not working properly. The monitor was blanked out. One could not tell what the temperature was. The shades would not stay up. My vehicle was broken into causing severe damage to the windows and windshield. The bed had one mattress and it was on the floor. I feel I need to be compensated.

It was a clean hotel with adequate parking no noise and an a friendly staff especially the front desk clerk, Kenya Garret!! She is an absolute joy and very accommodating to all residents. (I know because I saw her interacting with others)so far great stay
